Returns and Exchanges

Web Order Return Policy

Our goal is to make your return easy and hassle free with our web-based returns system. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 45 days of receiving the order in the item's original condition with the tags/stickers attached and in the original retail box, and we will refund the full purchase price* or exchange the product for you. Customized, printed or personalized items are NOT REFUNDABLE.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable. A shipping label fee may be applied to all returns that have opted out of Checkout+.

How to Return Merchandise:Go through the returns/exchange process on our site using the portal Start a Return/Exchange
For your convenience, we have made the returns/exchange process easier by utilizing a fully web based system. If you opted into the Checkout+ with your order, the process is free of charge. If not, you may be required to pay for a return label. If you have any issues, please email us at returns@fttf.com or call (800) 747-9013, and we can help with whatever issue you are having.Drop off the package at the corresponding location of the return label (UPS, USPS, FedEx).Return Address:

Refunds:
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you opted into Checkout+, returns are free of charge/fees. If not, then you will be required to pay for the return shipping label.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed from our system. Please note that credit card companies may take up to an additional 10 business days to post your refund back to your account.
  • All refunds will go back to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging a product, please use the link shown above to enter the returns/exchanges portal and follow the steps through the portal. If you opted into free returns/exchanges with Checkout+, then the labels/fees should all be covered and you just have to go through exchange process on the site. If you did not or have issues with the portal, please reach out to us at returns@fttf.com.

Incorrect or Defective Merchandise:
Any incorrect or defective merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order by calling us at (800) 747-9013. We reserve the right to review and determine the validity of all defective merchandise claims.

Team Order Return Policy:
First to the Finish reserves the right to refuse any returns on Team Orders. Any Team Orders that are approved for returned will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
